Komadiće stavite u zdjelicu i pomiješajte ih sa 200 g šećera. Ostavite da odstoje oko pola sata.</span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia; font-size: large;">Želatinu prelijte hladnom vodom i ostavite ju da nabubri.</span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia; font-size: large;">Izmiksajte šlag.</span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia; font-size: large;">Jaja miksajte sa šećerom oko 5 min.</span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia; font-size: large;">Iscijedite sok iz 4 oguljena limuna. </span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia; font-size: large;">Sok zakuhajte zajedno s vinom. Vruću tekućinu najprije žlicu po žlicu dodavajte izmiksanim jajima stalno miksajući, a onda ulijte ostatak tekućine i promiksajte. Dodajte nabubrenu želatinu i miksajte da se želatina otopi.</span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia; font-size: large;">Kad se smjesa od jaja počne stvrdnjavati u nju umiksajte izmiksani šlag. Žlicom umiješajte i nasjeckanu limunovu koru sa šećerom. Po potrebi, možete dodati još šećera u kremu.</span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia; font-size: large;">Kremu stavite na hladno da se počne stvrdnjavati.</span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia; font-size: large;">Kalup za tortu obložite papirom za pečenje. Na dno stavite jednu koru i prelijte ju polovicom preljeva. Pecite na 180 stupnjeva 25-30 min. Pečeni biskvit ostavite da se ohladi.</span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia;"><b>Za kremu</b>, bjelanjke s prstohvatom soli izmiksajte u snijeg. </span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia;">Pomiješajte 100 ml mlijeka sa žumanjcima i praškom za puding. Ostatak mlijeka, 500 ml neistučenog biljnog šlaga i šećer pomiješajte i zakuhajte. Kad zakuha, miješajući pjenjačom, polako ulijte smjesu s pudingom. Kad zakuha maknite s a štednjaka i pomoću pjenjače odmah umiješajte snijeg od bjelanjaka. Dobro promiješajte da nema bijelih mrvica snijega.</span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia;">Želatinu prelijte vodom i ostavite da nabubri. Umiješajte ju u toplu kremu i dobro promiješajte da se rastopi. Ostavite kremu da se ohladi.</span><br style="font-family: Verdana, Georgia;" /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana, Georgia;">Izmiksajte ostatak biljnog šlaga. Glatko izmiksajte i ohlađenu kremu (ako nije glatko možete ju propasirati). Na biskvit namažite 1/3 kreme i na nju složite ocijeđene višnje. Premažite ostatkom kreme.
